Mr. Dutkowski has been working with our Firm since 2017. An expert on intellectual property law, private competition law, obligations law as well as energy law.

In his specialisation areas, he has represented Clients in numerous court, arbitration, administrative and administrative court proceedings.

He has provided advisory on intellectual property rights management and protection. On top of this, he has participated in the development of the first Polish procedure for IP-related dispute resolution for a leading trade fair operator.

He has worked on a host of M&A transactions as well as projects involving organised parts of business, carried out for the biggest players in the Polish energy market.

Mr. Dutkowski has also handled a number of energy projects, including those related to the National Index Target and certificates of origin.
