Mr Malaga provides advice to our clients in procedures carried out before the European Commission, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the EU Court of Justice.

Mr. Malaga has coordinated SMM Legal teams in several precedent-setting successfully completed concentration control procedures in the energy sector. The cases were heard by the European Commission and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The teams led by Mr. Malaga shepherded the Client throughout a highly complex process, including the development of remedies acceptable to the authority and the parties.

His experience also covers advice regarding the application of EU law in procedures conducted before the EU Court of Justice and before Polish common courts.

Mr Malaga combines professional experience with academic and teaching activities at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

At his prior career stages, he gained experience as an employee of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
