Since October, SMM Legal's team has gained a new expert lawyer – Ms. Alicja Ostanek, legal advisor. Ms. Ostanek’s main area of expertise is advisory to rail transport companies, with a special focus on rail transport market regulation and the obligations imposed by rail transport law. What is more, she has advised clients on commercial, civil law and public procurement law and has represented railway administrators and rail carriers before the Office for Rail Transport, as well as in litigation.
