SMM Legal is pleased to welcome a new Partner – in mid-February an outstanding public procurement and business law specialist, Ms. Monika Adamczyk, joined our Firm.
She has been focusing on the field of public procurement for nearly a decade now, offering her unique expertise on matters stretching from tenders for the provision of utilities to public-private partnerships in major infrastructural investments such as sport stadiums, motorways, the extension of airports and energy-related projects. Ms. Adamczyk has provided comprehensive advisory to both contractors and bidders in complex public tender procedures.
An author of a number of articles for specialist monthlies dedicated to the public procurement sector, Przetargi Publiczne and Zamówienia Publiczne, has been sharing her knowledge as a consultant and public procurement law trainer.
Due to her extensive expertise and many years of experience, Ms. Monika Adamczak will run the Public Procurement Department at SMM Legal.
