Ms Biernacka has been associated with SMM Legal since 2016. She co-managed a range of complex procedures regarding economic offences or offences against life and health.

Author of criminal law opinions on multimillion investment decisions. She participated in internal investigations for energy companies.

A student of Postgraduate Programme in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Department of Criminal Law of Jagiellonian University and the University of Wrocław. Co-author of publications in the field of medical and criminal law.
