She has many years of experience in handling national and EU public procurement procedures conducted under various procurement modes. She has supervised public procurement procedures, including those subject to the principle of competitiveness and co‑financed with European funds.
She supports participants in the public procurement market in preparing tender documentation, bids, and all documents related to the conduct of public procurement procedures.
She represents Clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, in court proceedings concerning public procurement matters, as well as before supervisory authorities, including in audits related to the use of external funds.
