He gained professional experience at a law firm, in the legal department of a local government authority, at the 9th Commercial Division of the Regional Court in Poznań, as well as at a notary’s office. His responsibilities included drafting legal opinions, analysing legislation and case law, and preparing drafts of procedural documents, including statements of claim, appeals and enforcement applications. During his time at the court, he also prepared draft judgments and statements of reasons. Working from the perspectives of external counsel, an in-house legal department and the judiciary allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of civil and commercial proceedings.
