Kinga Dziennik has joined the group of SMM Legal lawyers holding a doctoral degree. On 13 December 2022, the Academic Council for Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań conferred on Ms. Dziennik a PhD degree in legal sciences.
Ms. Dziennik has been with our Firm since 2016. She specialises in multi-dimensional transaction-related projects. Her doctoral dissertation, entitled “The exercise of contracts in organised trade in financial instruments”, straddles the fields of civil law and capital market law.

Without this support and the encouragement and motivation from other colleagues from my team, it would be harder for me to achieve my goal,’ adds Ms. Dziennik.

Ms. Dziennik’s doctoral dissertation was supervised by Prof. Tomasz Sójka.
