On the 1st of June 2017, Panorama, a leading news programme on the TVP2 channel, aired a segment on Criminal Code amendments concerning violations of traffic rules.
Mr. Przemysław Maciak, Managing Partner at SMM Legal, commented on the amendments, praising the harsher measures they introduce for traffic offenders and adding that the legal changes will improve safety on Polish roads.
