Associate at the corporate and business law department at our Firm. A law student at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, at our Poznań-based SMM Legal Team he is assisting in providing legal advisory to our business Clients. He has been successfully combining his professional development with involvement in students’ affairs and academic work.

Mr. Gładysz started working with SMM Legal in July 2021 as an outstanding law student. He has been awarded the academic scholarship for top students by the Rector of his alma mater.

Mr. Gładysz has experience in ongoing advisory to corporate clients. He drafts civil law contracts, works on information discovery and drafting legal opinions. On top of that, he has participated in due diligence audits and the drafting of internal corporate documentation. He has been supporting our team working for Clients from the industrial, investment, construction, as well as real estate administration and management sectors. Additionally, he has been assisting our lawyers handling legal advisory for state-owned companies of strategic importance.
