Maciej Tulwin. Advocate. Senior Associate.
Mr. Tulwin is an experienced lawyer, who has previously worked with Warsaw-based law firms offering legal advisory to businesses from the real estate market, insurance brokers and media corporations. He has participated in and managed merger-related projects, and comprehensive due diligence audits of companies and real properties. What is more, he has provided ongoing comprehensive legal advisory to a public broadcasting company, dealing with a broad range of issues including intellectual property law and press law. He has several years of experience in drafting, negotiating and analysing commercial contracts.
Mr. Tulwin graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University, completed a programme at the American Law Center, run jointly by Warsaw University and the Frederic G. Levin College of Law (University of Florida), and earned a degree from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at his alma mater. He also studied law at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management of Université d’Orléans. In 2015 he completed his advocate training at the Warsaw Bar, and since 2016 has been an advocate enrolled with the Warsaw Bar.
His interests focus on business, commercial and media law.
