The Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan summarized a conference entitled “Diagnosis of Arbitration. Functioning of the Arbitration Law and directions of postulated changes”, which was financed by European Union Funds. On that occasion, the academic publication reported by dr. Beata Gessel – Kalinowska vel Kalisz was published.
One of the authors of that publication is dr hab. Rafał Sikorski – Partner in Sójka&Maciak. The authors of the publication analysed polish legislation and judicature on the topic of arbitral judiciary.
