We are pleased to announce that two Managing Partners at SMM Legal, Prof. Maciej Mataczyński and Prof. Tomasz Sójka, have been appointed to the Simple Joint-Stock Company (PSA) Team at the Ministry of Development.
PSA is one of the legal pillars of the so-called Morawiecki Plan and is to provide a simple, flexible legal structure primarily aimed at investments in innovative solutions.
Other team members include Prof. Stanisław Sołtysiński, Prof. Andrzej Szumański, Prof. Krzysztof Opustil, Prof. Adam Opalski, Andrzej W. Wiśniewski, PhD, and Prof. Andrzej Herbet.
