A few days ago, Prawo Instrumentów Finansowych (Financial Instruments Law), the fourth volume of the well-regarded Commercial Law System series edited by Prof. M. Stec, arrived in bookshops.
In this edition, Prof. Tomasz Sójka, Managing Partner at SMM Legal, wrote the section on bonds. The publication offers the first comprehensive and systemic discussion of the law and issues related to traditional securities and financial instruments on the capital market. The text takes account of the latest case law, including national, foreign, and EU Court of Justice judgements, and discusses recent regulations on the EU capital market, either directly applicable or requiring transposition into Polish law.
