A specialist in the energy law team. She combines her knowledge of energy, administrative, environmental and data protection law. At the same time, she has been pursuing an academic career.

She has advised energy companies on numerous regulatory matters, including the licensing and approval of energy company tariffs, gas storage, electromobility or the MIFID II package in the energy industry.

She supports clients in court proceedings and before the authorities – the Energy Regulatory Office, the Competition and Consumer Protection Office and the European Commission.

She participated in precedent-setting proceedings before the European Commission and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection concerning the control of concentration of the largest M&A transactions in Poland in the gas, electricity and fuel sectors.

Previously, she worked in the legal department of a strategic company for national energy security, analysing current issues in energy law and participating in legislative processes. She has also assisted in the preparation of Low Emission Economy Plans for municipalities across Poland.

She is preparing her doctoral thesis on energy law and administrative proceedings.
