Mr Malaga provides advice to our clients in procedures carried out before the European Commission, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the EU Court of Justice.

He coordinated the works of our teams in several precedent-setting and successfully completed proceedings related to concentration control in the energy sector. The cases were conducted by the European Commission and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The works involved support for clients throughout the complex process, including the development of countermeasures acceptable for the authority and the parties.

His experience also covers advice regarding the application of EU law in procedures conducted before the EU Court of Justice and before Polish common courts.

Mr Malaga combines professional experience with academic and teaching activities at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

At his prior career stages, he gained experience as an employee of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
