Mr. Krupiński is a trainee attorney-at-law at our financial markets department. On top of this, he is working on building his expertise by pursuing a second degree in Finance and Accounting. His other interests span IP/TMT, e-commerce, the right to privacy and cybersecurity.

He started his legal career by volunteering at a Legal Clinic, and then moved on to work for top-ranking Warsaw-based law firms. He has worked on due diligence and feasibility study projects, and has assisted in drafting writs in proceedings before administrative and civil courts. What is more, he participated in a personal data protection audit carried out by the Personal Data Protection Office in a large Polish bank.

In his everyday work he focuses on drafting procedural writs, contracts, opinions and legal analyses on the issues of security, privacy, financial markets and payment services.
