A fifth year law student, Mr. Winiarski has been working on his practical skills and pursuing his professional interests at the SMM Legal Public Procurement Law Team.

Previously, he interned at a law firm and a mediator’s office. His duties include case law analysis, drafting procedural and official writs or liaising with courts and public authorities.

While developing his expertise in civil and public procurement law, Mr. Winiarski is also working on his MA dissertation on price indexation in contracts for construction works.
