She has extensive experience in corporate services for companies. She manages complex and multidisciplinary projects that require the coordination of up to several dozen teams of lawyers, advisors and client’s staff.
She has advised on precedent-setting concentration proceedings before the European Commission and the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection. She prepared legal analysis of internal documents of the largest Polish capital companies. Her scope of work also included the implementation of countermeasures.
She has led numerous transactional and optimisation projects, also involving foreign entities and investment funds. She has been involved in securities issuance processes (including on regulated markets), as well as obtaining financing and debt restructuring.
She advised on the design and negotiation of an innovative structure for the financing of profiled venture capital projects and innovative products and services, with public funding.
She combines her professional practice with her academic career. She holds a doctoral degree by the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for her dissertation concerning issues of civil law and capital markets law.
