Profil
He is the head of the criminal law department at SMM Legal. He is primarily involved in economic crime. He has extensive experience not only as an advocate, but also as a prosecutor.
Doświadczenie
Before cooperating with SMM Legal, he worked as a prosecutor for many years, in the years 2005-2007 he was a Deputy District Prosecutor in Poznań – Nowe Miasto.
He manages a multi-person criminal law team at the law firm. He provides legal services regarding, among others, liability for economic crimes, and deals with the liability of members of company bodies.
In addition, he specialises in substantive and procedural criminal law. He has successfully defended entrepreneurs in complex economic, tax, medical or financial proceedings.
He participated in the work of the Poznań Criminal Law Society at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is the co-author of the Commentary to the Law on Capital Market Supervision.
