Profile
He is the head of the criminal law department at SMM Legal. He deals primarily with economic crime. He has extensive experience not only as an advocate, but also as a prosecutor.
Experience
Before joining SMM Legal, he worked as a prosecutor for many years; between 2005 and 2007, he served as Deputy District Prosecutor in Poznań – Nowe Miasto.
At the law firm, he manages a criminal law team of several members. He provides legal services in areas such as criminal liability for economic offences and issues related to the liability of members of corporate bodies.
In addition, he specialises in substantive and procedural criminal law. He has successfully defended entrepreneurs in complex economic, tax, medical, and financial proceedings.
He participated in the work of the Poznań Criminal Law Society at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is the co-author of the Commentary on the Capital Market Supervision Act.
