Attorney-at-law trainee specialising in public procurement law, administrative law and local government law. In parallel to his professional career, he is pursuing his academic interests, attending doctoral seminars at the SWPS University.

Previously, he worked with the largest Poznań-based law firms, handling legal matters for businesses, individuals, local government units as well as public procurers and contractors.

From the very outset of his career, he has been focusing on developing his expertise in the fields of public procurement and administrative law. The projects he has worked on include comprehensive public procurement tenders and infrastructural investments, ongoing legal advisory to procurers and contractors as well as involvement in investment processes with the value up to PLN 2 million.

He has provided advisory to businesses and local government units, taught courses on public procurement and handled dozens of disputes before the National Appeals Chamber.

Mr. Grzybek has co-authored Vademecum wójta, burmistrza, prezydenta, a guidebook for city mayors and commune heads, published in 2018 by C.H. Beck. His doctoral dissertation focuses on the issues related to the so-called “administrative in-housing”.
