Mr Wojtkowiak combines expertise in public and private law, competition law, intellectual property law and consumer law. This helps him effectively advise enterprises in assessing their market practices.

He supports clients in preventing and eliminating the effects of potential breaches of competition law, also advising on how to prevent unlawful practices of competitors. He also provides support to antitrust authorities during notification procedures for planned M&A transactions.

Mr Wojtkowiak took part in procedures conducted before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission, concerning restrictive practices and concentration control, including in major transactions of this type carried out in Poland and in the region.

He participated in civil-law proceedings initiated against competitors, including in one of the first private enforcement proceedings based on the Act on claims for redress of damage inflicted by a breach of competition law. Mr Wojtkowiak also advised in cases concerning public aid.

In the field of intellectual property rights, he supports clients, particularly from the new technology sector, by adequately securing their products and services. He also provides advice in prosecuting breaches of their rights.

Furthermore, he assessed draft legislative solutions in the field of competition and consumer protection.

Mr Wojtkowiak conducts training courses for entrepreneurs.
