Associated with our firm since 2017, Mr Andrzejewski provides comprehensive legal assistance at all stages of procedures regarding the control of business concentration, whether before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or before the European Commission.
In addition, he advises our clients in the field of combating unfair competition and preventing unfair market practices.
Mr Andrzejewski also participates in preparing and negotiating contracts for intellectual property rights, including those concerning technology licences. His knowledge in copyright includes demands specific to the IT sector.
