Profile
He heads the Economic Insurance Law Department. He also works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He specialises in insurance matters and compensation.
Experience
He was an expert of the Problem Team of the Commission for the Codification of Civil Law at the Minister of Justice for the reform of insurance contract regulation in the Civil Code. He has also worked with the Financial Supervision Commission and the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority. He has served as a member of Generali’s supervisory board since 2017.
He is a member of the editorial board of “Assurance Law” and “Fiat Justisia Jurnal Ilmu Hukum” and author of dozens of scientific publications. He has twice received Insurance Ombudsman awards for his work on behalf of consumers of insurance services. He is involved in popularising insurance awareness in the media.
