Profil
As a Senior Partner, Mr Sikorski heads the Intellectual Property Department and works as a professor at the Chair of European Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is mainly involved in the relations between competition law and intellectual property law. Mr Sikorski was distinguished many times in the international rank The Legal 500 in the field of intellectual property law.
Doświadczenie
Mr Sikorski provides counsel on transactions covering goods protected by intellectual property and on IT contracts. He represents our clients in litigations for the breach of industrial property rights and copyrights. He also draws up legal opinions for businesses and international institutions.
Mr Sikorski actively participates in debates conducted by global IP environment. He has implemented many research grants. Author of dozens research works published by renowned editorials such as Cambridge University Press, Edward Elgar or Wolters Kluwer. Speaker at business and scientific conferences.
