We have advised in an acquisition of a major construction company in Lower Silesia and, as part of the procedure, we prepared a due diligence report concerning the real estate.

We assisted a Client from the energy sector in their multi-disciplinary project of building a water power plant.

We have performed a due diligence analysis of a project consisting in the construction of a biodegradable waste recovery installation. The service included the preparation of a co-funding agreement under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for the amount of over PLN 21 M.

We supported the Central Integrated Research Hospital in Poznań in a process where the Act on Access to Information on the Environment and its protection played a vital role.

We provided advice to a public health care entity regarding the extension and modernisation of a hospital.
