With over 10 years of experience in managing projects in the field of public procurement law, Ms Adamczak is involved in utilities procurement, public-private partnership, and concession contracts.

She has also handled large and complex infrastructural projects such as the construction of power plants or motorways, expansion of airports, or projects relating to environmental protection. Ms Adamczak also assisted in key projects carried out to prepare the EURO 2012 in Poland (e.g. procedures for the construction or expansion of football stadiums in Poznań, Gdańsk and Warsaw).

She advised in pioneering cases such as the first European procedure carried out as innovation partnership, or the preparation of documents for the first European procedure for the selection of contractor to manage a Fund of Funds (a financial vehicle that allows for allocating EU means in venture capital and corporate venture capital investment funds).

She was also involved in several dozen disputes conducted before the National Appeals Chamber and a regional court. Ms Adamczak provided legal assistance in public procurement law for contracting entities and contractors.
