Ms. Adamczak is a member of the Poznań Bar specialising in public procurement law and commercial law.
Since 2008, she has been working in the field of public procurement, including contracts for the supply of utilities, and the issues of public-private partnerships in the context of large infrastructure projects, such as power plants, highways, airport extensions or investments related to environmental protection. She was involved in key investments related to the EURO 2012 hosted by Poland (including contracts for the construction/extension of football arenas in Poznań, Gdańsk and Warsaw). She has rendered comprehensive legal service in public procurement procedures to both purchasers and contractors from a variety of sectors, including construction, energy, telecommunications, rail transportation, IT or R&D. Ms. Adamczyk advised an employer from the energy industry in the first European innovative partnership procedure. She was involved in the drafting of documentation for the first European procedure to select a contractor - an entity managing a Find of Funds, a financial vehicle funneling EU funds into venture capital and corporate venture capital funds. What is more, she has carried out atypical projects based on procedures alternative to public procurement rules, including the guidelines of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (e.g. special law on investments concerning the regasification of liquified gas at the Świnoujście terminal). She has handled dozens of disputes before the National Appeals Chamber and regional courts. Ms. Adamczak is an author of numerous publications in recognized monthlies: Przetargi Publiczne (Public Tenders) and Zamówienia Publiczne (Public Procurement). She also conducts training sessions on public procurement law.
