We deal with the broadly understood public service area, including comprehensive services for investment and construction processes with a focus on housing construction, but also water and wastewater management, waste management as well as water and air protection. We advise private and public investors as well as State Treasury companies.

We have advised in an acquisition of a major construction company in Lower Silesia and, as part of the procedure, we prepared a due diligence report concerning the real estate.
We assisted a Client from the energy sector in their multi-disciplinary project of building a water power plant.
We have performed a due diligence analysis of a project consisting in the construction of a biodegradable waste recovery installation. The service included the preparation of a co-funding agreement under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for the amount of over PLN 21 M.
We supported the Central Integrated Research Hospital in Poznań in a process where the Act on Access to Information on the Environment and its protection played a vital role.
