Profile
For over 20 years, she has specialised in real estate law and the comprehensive management of investment processes. She combines in-depth knowledge of administrative and civil regulations with practical tax advisory services for construction projects and real estate transactions (in both asset deal and share deal structures).
She provides advice at every stage of the investment process – from acquiring and regularising the legal status of properties, through due diligence and transaction structuring, to the implementation phase leading to the successful completion of the project. She coordinates complex commercialisation processes, negotiates contract terms with contractors, subcontractors and investment partners, and represents clients in administrative proceedings concerning decisions and permits. By integrating legal and tax perspectives, she ensures consistent, end-to-end support in investment projects and real estate transactions.
Experience
Over the years, she has delivered numerous projects related to the real estate market. She has extensive experience in advising entities from the following sectors:
- Logistics – transactional and investment support for warehouse parks and distribution centres,
- Energy – advisory services for the preparation and implementation of energy investments, including PV farms, biogas plants and biomethane facilities, with consideration of environmental and tax requirements,
- Municipal – projects concerning water and sewage infrastructure, waste management and environmental protection,
- Development – legal audits, commercialisation and trading of residential and commercial properties.
She provides transactional advice on all aspects related to real estate, with particular focus on conducting due diligence, regularising the legal status of properties, real estate trading and preparing comprehensive investment processes (including obtaining decisions and permits, managing planning and environmental procedures, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts with contractors, utility suppliers and public entities).
She specialises in projects requiring the application of European Union law and special-purpose acts, including the Act on Special Rules for the Preparation and Implementation of Investments in Public Roads (ZRID), as well as other dedicated legal regimes for linear infrastructure and projects of strategic importance.
In addition to her work for clients, she has been teaching for many years at postgraduate programmes at the Poznań University of Economics and Business and SWPS University, sharing her expertise on the complexities of preparing and managing investment projects in construction.
