She has extensive experience in advising entities in the energy, municipal and real estate development sectors. In her career, she deals with a broad range of real estate law, with a particular focus on conducting due diligence, regulating the legal status of properties, real estate transactions and preparing comprehensive investment processes.
She successfully applies her expertise in civil and administrative law to tax law. She specialises in identifying tax implications related to the execution, implementation or structuring of specific projects and assists entrepreneurs in recognising the tax consequences of business activities.
As part of her legal advisory work, she represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities and in administrative court proceedings. She has authored numerous applications for binding tax rulings.
