Profile
An expert in environmental law and administrative law. His professional and scientific interests include waste management, water and wastewater management and renewable energy sources. He is a Doctor of Laws with experience in academic teaching.
Experience
He cooperates with local government units and municipal companies. He conducts proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts. He has managed many projects related to municipal infrastructure development, including those at ministerial level. The author and co-author of over 90 scientific and popular studies and nearly 30 expert opinions for the Sejm’s Office of Analyses, the Association of Polish Cities, the Greater Poland Centre for Local Government Education and Studies.
He is an advisor to regional and national local government and industry organisations. He shares his knowledge as a trainer and speaker. He has spoken at dozens of national and international conferences. He has conducted trainings for such entities as Municipium, Abrys, School of Local Government Administration, Presscom, Rekopol, Ekorum.
