Profile
An expert in environmental law and administrative law. His professional and academic interests include waste management, water and wastewater management, and renewable energy sources. He holds a PhD in Law and has extensive experience in academic teaching.
Experience
He works with local government units and municipal companies, conducts proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts, and has managed numerous projects related to municipal infrastructure development, including those at ministerial level. He is the author or co-author of over 90 academic and popular science publications and nearly 30 expert opinions for the Sejm’s Office of Analyses, the Association of Polish Cities and the Greater Poland Centre for Local Government Education and Studies.
He advises regional and national local government and industry organisations and actively shares his expertise as a trainer and speaker. He has spoken at dozens of national and international conferences and delivered training for entities such as Municipium, Abrys, the School of Local Government Administration, Presscom, Rekopol and Ekorum.
