She worked for many years in law enforcement agencies, conducting complex economic proceedings and proceedings related to tax crime and “tax carousels”.

She is a qualified crime analyst and has experience in fraud risk management and combating irregularities as well as analysing indications of “money laundering”.

She represents clients as a defence counsel, but also as a representative for victims in pre-trial and trial proceedings. The range of cases she has dealt with includes both acts specified in the Criminal Code (in particular, proceedings for causing substantial property damage to an economic entity and fraud and the Criminal Fiscal Code), but also offences specified in the Acts on Combating Unfair Competition or the Code of Commercial Companies.
