In our criminal business law team, Mr Olkiewicz mostly deals with cases related to criminal fiscal law. He specialises in managing cases in the field of joint and several liability of directors for company’s obligations and arrears.
Experience
He acts as defence counsel before law enforcement authorities (especially the financial authorities in charge of preliminary proceedings) and courts.
