Profile
Trainee Advocate in the Intellectual Property Department at SMM Legal. Her professional interests include intellectual property law, new technologies law, and international arbitration.
Experience
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a Master’s degree in Law. She began gaining professional experience during her second year of studies as a legal assistant at one of Poznań’s law firms, where she supported clients in matters related to employment law and commercial law.
During her studies, she participated in two Erasmus+ exchange programs at Heidelberg University and Roma Tre University in Rome, which enabled her to broaden her knowledge of international law and European Union law.
In addition, she completed supplementary foreign law programs at the University of Warsaw, namely the German Law School (organized in cooperation with the University of Bonn) and the School of Law and Economy of China, where she further developed her expertise in comparative law and legal systems.
She also represented Adam Mickiewicz University three times in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a renowned competition simulating international commercial arbitration proceedings.
