Tymoteusz Mądry. Associate.
Mr. Mądry graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. As a student, he received a number of distinctions and prizes for his academic achievements and involvement in research projects, awarded by the Rector of his alma mater and the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
He was actively engaged in students’ associations, working for students’ unions and the Pro Publico Bono Academic Association, which he chaired.
He is now continuing his education, pursuing a PhD degree at the Chair of Administrative and Administrative Court Procedure of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Mr. Mądry specialises in spatial development and environmental law, as well as rules applicable to municipal companies, with a special focus on waste and wastewater management. He has authored a number of publications on these topics.
Since October 2015, he has been managing a research project financed by the ‘Diamond Grant’, awarded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, entitled ‘Identification of root causes for the low coverage of cities holding district rights with local spatial development plans’.
Mr. Mądry speaks French.
