He has been involved in numerous energy-related projects. He has handled transactions involving organised parts of enterprises and company acquisitions, also in international markets.

Additionally, Mr. Czarnecki is an experienced academic teacher. He completed a doctoral programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
