His distinguishing quality is a strong background in advising businesses on  a variety of transactions. On top of this, he runs due diligence audits and drafts due diligence reports, also in trans-border trade relationships.

Involved in many energy-related projects, he as handled transactions involving organised parts of businesses and business acquisitions, also internationally.

Additionally, Mr. Czarnecki is an experienced academic teacher. He completed a doctoral programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
