Participates in complex IT projects involving the implementation of innovative information systems with extensive structure in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Prepares, reviews and negotiates implementation, software license, maintenance or source code deposit agreements. Manages legal work in IT/IP areas in large M&A projects.

Represents clients in disputes over intellectual property rights violations before national common courts and the Supreme Court. She also appears before specialized arbitration courts for Internet domains, including the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Warsaw and the Arbitration and Mediation Center at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center).

Conducts training courses on IT contracts and new technologies. Lecturer at the postgraduate program “Law of new technologies” at SWPS.
