A professional representative before the EUIPO. An expert in the field of protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, in particular copyright, related rights and trademark protection rights. She provides day-to-day customer service in relation to personal data protection.

She represents clients in disputes concerning infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights before national common courts and the Supreme Court.

She also appears before specialised arbitration courts for Internet domains, including the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Warsaw and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.

She has taken part in complex IT projects involving the implementation of innovative IT systems with complex structures in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. She prepares, reviews and negotiates implementation, software licence, maintenance and source code deposit agreements.

She shares her knowledge by providing trainings on IT contracts.
