Mr. Habiera has been with SMM Legal since 2018. At his work, be combines legal expertise with a modern business-oriented approach to solving our clients’ problems. He translates thorough knowledge of the legal procedure and penalties that management may be liable to into safeguards protecting organisations where they are most vulnerable.
Experience
As a Criminal Law Team member, he has handled complex cybersecurity-related procedures. For years, he has been actively representing clients’ interests during trials and hearings in criminal cases. He has co-handled a number of complex procedures related to the most serious white-collar business and fiscal crimes.
Mr. Habiera is certified as an ISO 27001 lead auditor. Currently, he is enrolled in a postgraduate program in cybersecurity management at the Lazarski University.
