Profile
Legal trainee in the firm’s corporate department. He participates in projects related to corporate law and financial market law. He supports senior lawyers in the preparation of opinions, civil law contracts, pleadings and corporate documents. As part of the banking law team, he assists financial institutions in the application of MiFID II, MAR, EMiR, MiFIR, AML regulations and the implementation of recommendations or guidelines having a soft law character. He has conducted compliance audits of financial institutions’ internal regulations on numerous occasions.
Experience
From the beginning of his law studies, he gained experience in reputable law firms. He also worked as a volunteer at the Student University Legal Clinic. Repeated speaker at nationwide scientific conferences. Winner of a scholarship of the Rector of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for outstanding students. He is currently deepening his knowledge and interests in finance and accounting as part of additional studies.
He is competent in comprehensive advisory and day-to-day services for corporate entities. He has participated in meetings of the bodies of capital companies.
His interests also include sports law. As a referee of the Wielkopolska Football Association, he combined his passion for sport with his professional and academic duties.
