Attorney-at-law trainee at the corporate department of our Firm. He has been involved in projects related to company law, capital market law or banking law. Now, enrolled in an additional study programme, he pursues his interests and additional knowledge on finance and accounting.

From the very beginning of his studies, he has been building his professional experience, working with reputable law firms. Additionally, he volunteered at the University Legal Clinic.

Mr. Karmoliński’s competences include comprehensive legal advisory to business clients and the handling of ongoing corporate matters. He supports more senior lawyers in drafting opinions, contracts, procedural writs and corporate documents. He has also participated in the meetings of corporate authorities.

Mr. Karmoliński has presented a number of papers on national academic conferences. A winner of the scholarship for outstanding students awarded by the Rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

He is also interested in sports law. As a referee of the Wielkopolska Regional Football Association , he combined his sports passion with professional and academic duties.
