On 9 August 2012, the Managing Partner of Sójka & Maciak Attorneys at Law, Przemysław Maciak appeared before cameras of Poznan WTK. In the main news program Puls Dnia he spoke on the controversy swirling around the works commissioned by the Poznan Sports and Recreation Centre on developing the interior of the Poznan Municipal Stadium without first issuing a tender, and as a consequence, on taking the matter to court by the Public Procurement Office.
