Profile
Attorney-at-law trainee at the Corporate Department of our Firm. Mr. Karmoliński has been involved in the handling of company law and financial markets law-related projects. He drafts opinions, contracts, procedural writs and corporate documentation. As a member of our Banking Law team, he supports financial institutions in the application of MiFID II, MAR, EMiR, MiFIR and ALM provisions and the implementation of soft law, including recommendations and guidelines. He has carried out a number of compliance audits, focusing on internal regulations in financial institutions.
Experience
Since his early law school days, he has been growing his professional experience, working with reputable law firms. Additionally, he volunteered at the University Legal Clinic. Mr. Karmoliński has presented a number of papers on national academic conferences. He has been awarded a scholarship for outstanding students awarded by the Rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and now pursues additional university qualification in finance and accounting.
Mr. Karmoliński’s competences include comprehensive legal advisory to business clients and the day-to-day handling of corporate matters. He has also participated in the meetings of corporate authorities.
