Profile
Trainee legal advisor in the corporate department. Participates in projects concerning company law and financial market law. Prepares legal opinions, civil contracts, and corporate documents. As part of the banking law team, supports financial institutions in the application of AML, MiFID, MAR, EMiR, and MiFIR regulations, as well as the implementation of recommendations or guidelines of a soft law nature. Has frequently conducted compliance audits of internal regulations within financial institutions.

Since the beginning of law studies, has gained experience at renowned law firms specializing in advocacy and legal advice. Has also worked as a volunteer at the University Student Legal Clinic. Multiple-time speaker at nationwide academic conferences. Recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for outstanding students. Holds an economics degree, having completed studies in finance and accounting.
