A lawyer on our administrative team, Mr. Hyżorek specialises in public law, focusing on regulated business activity. Apart from being a practicing lawyer, Mr. Hyżorek pursues his academic interests as an academic teacher at the Public Law and Law Theory Section at the Poznań-based campus of the SWPS University.

He has a strong background in comprehensive administrative law advisory in large transactions involving energy and construction companies.

Mr. Hyżorek has worked for leading businesses on M&A transactions focusing on the succession of public law rights and obligations. On top of this, he has extensive experience in general administrative law advisory to businesses, including the various aspects of the real property market.

Mr. Hyżorek has worked with public sector entities, including the Energy Regulatory Office and the Rail Transport Authority. What is more, he has provided advisory to trade unions and companies from the construction, sports and food sectors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped businesses navigate the ad hoc regulations put in place in response to the health emergency.

His core academic and research interests focus on the topic modifications to administrative procedures, including streamlining and digitalization efforts. Mr. Hyżorek has written more than a dozen publications on administrative law and procedure and the procedure before administrative courts, including some aspects of constitutional law.

He has been awarded the scholarship of the Minister of Education and Science for outstanding academic achievements twice, winning the academic scholarship awarded by the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region as well. While still at university, he interned at the Constitutional Court and attended the 1^st edition of the Belvedere Summer School organized by the President of the Republic of Poland.
