A member of the law firm’s litigation team. He specialises in litigation and in civil and commercial law. He represents clients of SMM Legal in litigation.

He represents clients in construction disputes, compensation proceedings, disputes arising from the non-performance or improper performance of contracts, and corporate disputes involving the liability of board members.

He participated in precedent-setting court and arbitration proceedings between energy entrepreneurs against the background of agreements concerning the so-called green certificates. He also conducted dozens of cases involving easements and transmission easements for one of the leading energy entities in Poland.

He has participated in the building of mass debt collection processes for leading national financial institutions, also towards consumers. He has conducted more than a dozen GDPR implementations for entities in various industries.
