She advises on M&A processes, including due diligence and the creation and negotiation of transaction documentation. She has worked with the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets departments of leading international and Polish law firms.

She has participated in public issues of securities. She has also advised public companies on matters related to capital market regulation. She has experience working in the legal department of a company in the electromobility sector. 

She combines her professional practice with her academic career. She defended her doctoral dissertation on capital market law with honours at the University of Warsaw.
