She specialises in public law, in particular in issues related to the rationing of economic activity and in the problems of legal succession of public law powers and duties.
She holds a doctorate in legal sciences, is an assistant professor in the Department of Administrative Law and Science of Administration and the head of the Postgraduate Study of Administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Experience
She supports clients in proceedings conducted by public administration authorities, both at the local and central levels. She has extensive experience in conducting complex proceedings in the field of rationed economic activity (including, among others, in the area of energy law, pharmaceutical law or telecommunications law) and in the field of the investment and construction process.
In her professional practice, she carries out non-standard projects at the intersection of public law and private law, including primarily those related to the issue of legal succession of rights and obligations arising from administrative decisions.
