She specialises in public law, particularly in issues related to the regulation of economic activity and the legal succession of public-law rights and obligations.
She holds a PhD in law, is an assistant professor in the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Studies, and heads the Postgraduate Programme in Administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Experience
She supports clients in proceedings conducted by public administration authorities at both local and central levels. She has extensive experience in handling complex proceedings in regulated economic activities (including energy law, pharmaceutical law and telecommunications law) and in investment and construction processes.
In her professional practice, she carries out complex projects at the intersection of public and private law, primarily those concerning the legal succession of rights and obligations arising from administrative decisions.
