She is the head of the administrative law team at SMM Legal. She specialises in public law, in particular the law of regulated markets. Doctor of Law, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

In her professional practice to date, she has mainly advised companies in the telecommunications, postal and energy sectors. She has experience in cooperating with public sector entities, in particular the Office of Electronic Communications and the Energy Regulatory Office. She has completed numerous projects involving administrative law and construction law.

A legal expert of a project implemented in partnership between the Ministry of Economy, the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing (simplification of procedures related to starting and running a business by their electronisation and implementation of the “one-stop-shop” idea).

She provides trainings on law and administrative proceedings for public sector entities.
