Dr Łącki co-leads the Energy Law practice at SMM Legal, providing comprehensive legal support fo investments in renewable energy sources. His unique expertise in energy law has been recognised multiple times with a recommendation in the prestigious The Legal 500 ranking.
Experience
Dr Łącki has extensive experience in providing legal advice to energy market participants. He has worked with leading companies involved in electricity trading. He has participated in negotiations with grid operators and advised on the development and sale of wind energy projects. He has conducted numerous legal due diligence audits.
Additionally, he provides advice on complex business projects, representing Clients before tax and customs authorities.
For many years, he has worked as an univeristy lecturer and supervised civil law theses for law students. He has published papers in leading academic law journals in Poland.
