Mr. Łącki has a strong background in legal advisory to energy companies – he has worked with leading businesses trading in energy. What is more, he participated in negotiations with grid operators and advised on the development and sales of wind energy projects. He has carried out a host of due diligence audits.

Additionally, he provides advisory to Clients on complex business projects, representing them before tax and customs authorities.

For many years, he has worked as an academic teacher and a civil law thesis advisor to many law students. He has published papers in the most relevant academic law journals in Poland.
