A member of the Corporate Law team at SMM Legal. His professional practice focuses on capital markets law, banking law, sustainable business development, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML), as well as ESG. In his work, he combines legal and economic expertise.
Experience
He gained his professional experience at law firms in Poznań, advising both businesses and individuals. At SMM Legal, he supports the Corporate Law team in providing legal services to clients. His responsibilities include drafting agreements and legal opinions, reviewing internal corporate documentation, and conducting legal analyses tailored to clients’ needs.
He graduated in Accounting and Business Finance from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He also completed postgraduate studies in “Compliance in Organizations” at the Poznań University of Economics and Business and “Sustainable Finance – Postgraduate Legal and Financial Studies” at the University of Warsaw.
He is the author of academic and popular science publications in the field of broadly understood financial law. He has spoken at both international and nationwide academic conferences.
He was awarded the Polish Minister of Education and Science Scholarship for Outstanding Achievements (2022), the Scientific Scholarship of the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship (2021, 2022), and the Rector’s Scholarship of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań for outstanding students (2019, 2020, 2021).
